Our most popular goodies - Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Over the years our chocolate fudge brownies has grown to be the most popular goodies among our customers. The brownies has also grown more sophisticated where it gets dressed and decorated for certain occasions :)

The brownies is good as a birthday "cake". You can also just say it with our chocolate fudge brownies.

We can also put your image (edible icing) on the brownies

or fully cover it as a birthday "cake"

These are decorated with edible icing and given out as corporate gifts for new year.

I baked these heart shaped brownies as gifts for the cancer kids during our day out with MAKNA kids

Oh, by the way, we can also do a variation to this brownies. Instead of chocolate chips, we can add M&M ..so you'll have M&M chocolate fudge brownies!

They just came back from performing their Umrah. This red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting was ordered as a surprise to celebrate their homecoming as well as their 25th wedding anniversary. A lovely couple, blessed with beautiful children, and showered with love from family and friends. Life is a blessing indeed :)

In addition to the above red velvet cake, I was requested to bake a whole peanut butter and white chocolate blondie to celebrate the birthday of the couple's family member on that same day. It was also a delightful surprise for her. The blondie was gone in a jiffy at the party so much so the birthday girl didn't have enough to herself. Our friend ordered another one the following week for the birthday girl to enjoy. Extra love for her!

It was almost one year ago when we first introduced our The Purr... fect Sandwich. A hugh chunk of ice cream with oozing chocolate sauce, sandwiched between our warm soft cookies :)

Besides the above sandwich, we have other double comfort goodies that we have been serving at The Cookie Cat for a while i.e. The Blondie Sundae Fun and The Brownie Sundae Fun. You can have a choice of warm blondie or brownie as the base, topped with ice cream, chocolate or strawberry syrup (chocolate syrup has always been the popular choice), and crushed cookies :) These are absolutely yummy and a treat that you should not miss!

Saying I love you

Being the romantic fool I am, I feel that if you are able to say "I love you" to the person you love, you should feel so blessed. There should not be a special day to express your love because everyday is so special when you're in love :) Nevertheless, we are only humans..sometimes we forget, sometimes we overlook, and sometimes we take our love ones for granted. However, many remember their loved ones today and have chosen to say "I love you" with our cupcakes, cookies and  brownies :)

We're having a little taste-testing today for something you could be seeing on the menu really soon: cream cheese brownies. The taste-testing verdict? AWESOME. We're working on the pricing now, and hopefully will start selling it really soon. We already know a bunch of hungry boys eager to try these out.

peanut butter and white chocolate blondies

As opposed to brownies, we have also have blondies at The Cookie Cat :) yummy white chocolate with peanut butter blondies.

1. We received an order for music-themed cupcakes! It was a fun challenge, and totally worth it. The birthday girl called us up saying that she felt bad giving the cupcakes to her friends to eat, because she thought they were so pretty.

2. We experimented with perfecting our Red Velvet recipe. Now it's a seriously better cupcake than ever before.

3. Our oversized brownies have been around for awhile, but are a hit this week :) So are most of our daily comfort foods, especially the rice dishes. We're happy if you're happy. See you next week!
